Treating tinnitus in India, I wouldn't think, would be different than treating tinnitus anywhere else. Unfortunately, there isn't much along the lines of treatment for it. Just… keep your ears clean, and make sure you have some white noise.

I am assuming you are talking about having ringing in your ears or clicking, hissing, roaring or whistling.

The exact cause of tinnitus is unknown. However, it has been said it can be brought on by noise induced hearing lass, wax build up, ear infection, jaw misalignment or cardiovascular disease.

Ringing in your ear can also be brought on by a mild overdose of salicylate, which is found in aspirin and some other drugs. If you think this could be the cause, stop taking it. It should stop shortly after you stop.

**Before you try any home remedies, think about what else is going on in your body, these could be signs of a more serious illness, which you may need to get medical attention.

If all seem ok here are some home remedies you can try….

    Onion Juice
Put 2 drops of onion juice in your ears, 3x a week, for up to 2-3 weeks, to stop the ringing. Make sure it is fresh juice each time.

    ***************

Try putting a heating pad on your feet and 1 on you hands. This is suppose to make your blood redistributed, improving circulation and lessening pressure in congested areas. This has be said it will ease up the ringing.

    ***************

Bring out the 'ol Castor Oil.
Put 3 or 4 drops, of Castor Oil, in each ear, at evening time, before bed. Then plug the ear with cotton, until morning.

Well, I sure hope you get relief soon!
