my tinnitus is getting worse

obviously I see how this can e more annoying than eye floaters and VS snow (other conditions people often get and theres no cure and even less medical attention) out of which I have only the first mildly so I am luckey but all this stuff culminates in shitloads of stress for many .
if the hairs are damaged it should be possible to sever the ganglions that are responsible for this shit obviously at a hearing loss but what kind of hearing?
